Mark Bouris, Director Mark Bouris is best known as a founder of Wizard Home Loans. In a few years Wizard and its associated company AMS (the AFIG group) grew from a start-up to be one of the largest non-bank mortgage originators in Australia, with a residential mortgage book in excess of A$19 Billion and over 250 branches. The AFIG group was sold in November 2004 to GE Money for an enterprise value of more than $520m, providing significant gains to fellow investors. Mark remains chairman of AFIG under GE's new ownership. |

Adrian Bouris, Managing Director Adrian Bouris has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, tax and commercial law across a broad range industries and sectors. Adrian has originated and executed mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity raising, structured and project financing, in an advisory capacity as well as a principal. Adrian was formally the managing director of the Australian investment banking Division of ING Bank N.V. and as a director of the AFIG group, was involved in all the Wizard/AMS/AFIG transactions. |

Chris Beare, Director Chris Beare has had a successful career in technology, finance and investment, both as an advisor and a principal. He joined Hambros Australia Limited, the Australian subsidiary of Hambros Plc, an English investment bank, in 1991 and was joint chief executive when Hambros was sold to Societe Generale in 1998. Chris helped two colleagues found and grow Radiata Inc, a technology start-up company, based in Sydney and Silicon Valley. As chairman and CEO he steered the company to a A$600m sale to Cisco systems in 2001. Chris remained with Cisco until 2004. Chris is Chairman of DEXUS Property Group, formally DBRREEF, which has a market capitalisation of over A$4.6 Billion. |

Ian King, Director Ian King has acted for a broad range of private, corporate, institutional and government clients in his more than 17 years with the Australian investment banking Division of ING Bank N.V. and Baring Brothers & Co, which was acquired by ING Bank. The types of transactions that Ian has managed include public takeovers, corporate reconstructions and capital raisings for some of Australia's largest corporations. |

Simon Humphrey, Director Simon Humphrey has a UK background with KPMG and HSBC Corporate Finance, specialising in Transport & Logistics, before moving to Sydney in 2004 and spending 18 months with Qantas. He has advised a variety of clients on a full range of acquisitions, disposals, re-financings and strategic reviews. Simon holds a BSc in Economics from Bristol University and is a Chartered Accountant. Simon has been with BBB Capital since inception. |

Marcus Ow, Manager Marcus Ow joined BBB Capital in September 2006 from AmInvestment Bank Berhad, one of Malaysia's top M&A advisory groups. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business from UTS and is a Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder. Marcus has experience of a wide variety of Malaysian, Australian and international M&A deals as well as a background in tax at PWC. Marcus has strong financial modelling expertise. |

Aaron McAinsh joined BBB Capital in January 2008, having previously worked for Westpac and CBA, where he was involved in the successful start-up of businesses within both organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Adelaide.
